    I just didn’t want to think that low yet but yes even that would be my biggest. Have not had more than 3-4 inches in a storm.

    It’s just a feeling but I don’t think this misses. Maybe 6-12 inches instead but I will take that.

    We had a period from 2010-2016 where they were more common but they aren’t everyday things.

    Now 1.5-2 feet events are quite rare so obviously we have to be cautious - buf MJO is right that big potential is there.

    Confident in the Eagles. We have a better overall team and Chiefs magic can’t last forever.

    Why not watch it for another few cycles. I know people are quick to give up but I don’t see that just yet.

    Yeah it still looks fine for getting at least one decent storm. Guess my snow expectations are lower than they used to be.

    If the GFS is right I wouldn’t mind if spring comes in early March.

    Yep, snow looks likely though always have to be cautious about the MECS/HECS that far ahead. Should be good model watching.

    An active pattern will help. Probably just rain for the first week of February but after that we’ll see.

    I ordered a DoorDash while the snow was still light. Ended up with about an inch later and roads probably aren’t great.

    It’s cold but not arctic. The fact people are reacting so much shows the effect of climate change. People almost expect what’s above normal in winter.

    That seems to traditionally be an active time. Hope so because cold to me is better than heat but still wasted with no snow.

    Hoping it and the CMC are right. Cold without any snow is wasted, but it’s not even the mid point of January yet. Still could be lots of opportunity.

    Hope the CMC coming closer starts a trend. GFS has had multiple runs with a big storm. Too early to call yet. It could still get caught up in fast flow but we’ll see.
