Drinking a DFH 90 Min (Imperial) IPA. Have not had this in probably 2 years. This is a classic. It has that prominent malt backbone I remember, but seems more hoppy, right up front, and straight through to the finish. Dank. I like it better now for some reason. They changed the artwork on the bottle- I wonder if they tweaked the recipe a bit. Probably not. I have just been drinking too many NE style Hazy IPAs lol. eta- the malty/slightly sweet backbone really balances out the piney/dank hoppy character as this warms. New appreciation for this one. I normally go straight for the beast- the 120.

Yeah its not bad. Nice breeze and a dry heat for the most part. It is super dry out there though.

Yeah it shouldn't be struggling on a day like this. Other than charge, might want to check filter(s) and the often overlooked dirty condenser/evaporator coils. A couple years ago I had to clean the A coil in my indoor unit- it can get caked with fine dirt/lint that gets past the filter over time.

Mesos too. ICON is similar to Euro, but without the heavy amounts. I think there will be some showers around as the backdoor front moves in and the winds shift to onshore- convergence zone? Doesn't look like a ton of moisture available though. With the frontal boundary nearby and vacillating over the next several days, there should be some chances later in the week and weekend.

With strong HP ridging down from Quebec, the frontal boundary will likely be pushed pretty far SW. There will be some showers/storms but I would expect any heavier rain will be focused from DC west and especially southwestward.

Been outside waxing the Jeep and planting some Petunias. Noticeably more humid than the last several days. 83 currently. Feels like MA summer.

82 here. Very pleasant, although noticeably more humid than yesterday. DP is 57.

GFS gets some convection in here late Wed, the only "hot" day, with some ul energy coming in from the west as the ridge flattens/moves out. Gets very active beyond that. Euro also looks more active towards next weekend, although not quite as wet as the GFS is suggesting.

Some of us age well, like a DFH 120 min IPA. Speaking of which..

48 this morning. Looks like one more day of low dews and pleasantly warm temps before the heat and humidity builds in for the weekend. Front looks generally dry for late Sunday, then a cool Monday, before another bout of heat after that. Still no widespread rain in sight.

Its due to that high building to the SW on the NW side of that Atlantic low. Characterizing it as a back door front seems reasonable.

Its more than a bay breeze. Been coolish and breezy with low dews all afternoon here.
