70 here, with a dewpoint of 34. Pretty darn nice day. Looks like mid 70s tomorrow, with dewpoints creeping up into the 40s. Man are we spoiled. We gonna pay for this.

Looks like normal to above normal temps on the GEFS from early next week onward. Might be close. Upper ridging as advertised stays just a tad west, then retrogrades further west heading towards the end of the month. I will always take the over on heat in the MA though. Pretty easy call once we get into mid May. We do it so effortlessly.

There is at least one other brewery with a beer by that name lol. Plenty of Star Wars fanatics out there, craft beer industry included.

Early next week looked kind of interesting on the 0z GFS for a decent rain event. Weak mid level disturbance moving ESE, low level flow off the ocean, and what looks to be a favorable upper jet configuration. 6z run is weaker and wants to squash it mostly south. Looks like a decent line of showers/storms moving through on Monday though.

Warmer and more humid incoming by the end of next week with this h5 look.

Looks like a nice run of low to mid 70s coming up later this week into next, and mostly sunny. Finally we get some "normal" temperatures.

Became mostly sunny here just after noon. A tad chilly but I love it. 64 currently which is the high for the day.

There are plenty around, but the fox are pretty reclusive, so don't usually see them up near the house just hanging out. I am pretty conscious of any odd behavior, as rabies is a problem here, especially with skunks.

Looks almost completely dry for the next 7 days, with moderating temps. Nice stretch of weather, although I will need to turn on the sprinkler on a time or 2 to keep my grass area going.

Saw a fox in the back yard this morning. Hanging out looking for food. Ran off when I tried to get a photo. Just now saw a really fat raccoon out there- not as rare to see near the house, but it has been a couple years. Mostly just see plenty of deer.

My guess is turbulence/mixing due to warmer air moving in aloft above the cooler surface. Sort of like a Karman vortex street oriented on a horizontal plane. Pretty cool looking.

51 here and mostly cloudy. Some milder/drier air should work in from the SW ahead of the the low tracking to our north. Have my doubts about getting to 66 as forecast but we shall see. Need the clouds to break. I wont complain about the chilly weather as long as it is dry enough where I can get stuff done outside, and I much prefer it to sweating and fighting off bugs.

Booming thunder here. It has gotten super dark. Looks like the rain/hail might miss just to the north though looking at radar.
