From the Bolton Valley Main Base Live Cam view this morning is looks like they picked up an inch or two around the 2,100’ elevation from this storm. The summit cam looks like it’s covered in snow, so no views from up there yet.

I saw ORH was still gusting over 40. CON hasn’t hit a 30mph since midnight. -
I really like how people who only post on these boards from November through the end of March (then go totally MIA for the other 7 months out of the year) show up here to troll members who have been contributing to this really informative thread all spring, summer and fall. It’s sad honestly and it’s banter. Don’t agree with someone because of perceived biases? Let’s attack and troll. They aren’t weather fans, they’re cold and snow fans only. And people wonder why great meteorologists like HM, Isotherm and a few others don’t ever post on here anymore

Definitely windier down there. It’s been breezy, but run of the mill up here. -

They’re either coming down or green and just turning. And yeah early too. They had decent color this year. No stein here. -

I’d say about 85-90% down .. which is still early. But the ones left aren’t that hideous brown that you get after freezes https://imgur.com/a/nE48wWx#KKkebfh -
Thanks! Yeah, I originally intended to have them fixed in place, but then I realized I could avoid adding gable vents by just having the the cupola windows open instead. I'm on the lookout for an antique bell to hang in there. My plan is to rig something up to get it to ring on the hour.

Ok? Is this meant as a troll? I’m confused

Forgot to add: had a couple 30+ gusts up here Sent from my SM-S166V using Tapatalk -
Added the monthly outlook update from Oct 31 to the topic. Canadian block gone now for at least a couple weeks so maybe the extreme potential down here is reduced til later Nov? Fast flow USA/Candian border suggesting frequent gusty CFP's next 10 days. Attached snowfall in Old Forge NY this Nov 1 morning, just to whet your CP appetite. I hope we get more than a half inch this winter in the park.

Mostly bare here. 95% down? Maybe more. But the winds still moved a lot out of the woods back onto the road and yard. -
2.9 I was at the edge of that N/S stripe of his 2s and low 3s. It was higher just east of me as we got a backfeed of wetness that just kept going for hours after the main body moved out.

I know you and I have mostly oaks, but I was looking at pictures of my niece at my parents house yesterday and like all the trees are bare thete. And then I look around my yard and there’s still tons of leaves on the oaks although a bunch have come down. I definitely feel like those temps below 32 will do it. -
@snowman19 will love Eric's x post https://x.com/webberweather/status/1984452081617682708?t=6qNVfSMRsFXJChnmC4f3RQ&s=19

Yeah it roared much of the night . Woke me up a few times even over the cyclone white noise fan. Somehow there’s still leaves left on some Oaks. No freezes will do that - Today

Yep, wife told me power briefly went out. Other side of town where Dollar Tree is (where I work as an ASM) it went out for nearly a minute and forced me and my closing cashier to stay nearly an hour past closing due to waiting for the computer systems to reboot Sent from my SM-S166V using Tapatalk -
I am happy for you guys that you got in such a great winter just before the big winter temperature jump since the 2015-2016 super El Niño.

They gusted to 50kts. If you look at the Metar you’ll see peak wind 50kts.
