  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah she gets an anti-inflammatory if we notice her being a little sluggish. Overall though dogs are incredibly pain tolerant and it’s tough/sad because if they are showing it, it really hurts. I don’t take the dog hiking right now because I know she’d do it even if she was in pain. She’d drag herself up the mountain with her front legs just to follow me around. So I don’t put her in that position right now.
  3. That's not the 3km NAM, although at hour 60(end of its run) it does suggest a glancing blow in the hours just beyond. All other guidance keeps it pretty far to the south.
  4. Do you give her any type of painkiller? My last dog hurt her leg when she was 2 and was fine until she got to about 10, the long hikes stopped after that.
  5. Yes. Intermittent smell of burning pine today was odd.
  6. Today everyone is in the 70s-- except for NJ lol
  7. I just got my copies of the two "Northeast Snowstorm" books so I'm reading up on coastals while waiting for winter. Gonna manifest some good ones with my new knowledge.
  8. Today
  9. At least we're now in the short 3 months or so where even normal temperatures are pleasant.
  10. Fixed it for Charlie Why? Because NCEI knows how to analyze change past weather data and you don't
  11. Oh joy. Another perfect week day with a rainy Saturday coming
  12. WB 18Z 3K NAM. Friday may be wet at the beaches.
  13. Sky looks very hazy high overhead. I can't smell any smoke, but I presume the sky and the air quality alert are from the Canadian wildfires?
  14. And now voila we have the altered data....now there is that warming post chilling alterations!!
  15. Funny how even the entire USA needed to be chilled back in the 1930's thru 1950's. There appears to have been no warming at all during the month of May during the last 100 years....welp unless we you know chill the past data. See the below altered May data vs the raw.....same story not just in Chester County PA
  16. She’s on the IL at the moment… think partial tear in her knee. She ripped the other knee like 4 years ago and we got it fixed… worked great. However, now she’s over 10, not in pain unless she goes on long hikes… so she may just be a light hike or valley dog along the river. She can do 5 miles flat or like under 1,000 verts mellow… but the 2,000 vertical feet straight up Mansfield days may be done, sadly. It’s just too much hind leg stress the whole way.
  17. Cmon Charlie do better than that...what is the base stations or station they are using to validate in their estimation that the raw data was wrong and throw out 66% of reporting stations in some instances/years? You never give real data just altered alternative facts and related data.
  18. Dewing and dewing and dewing it well. Locked in next few months! https://x.com/ericfisher/status/1929996725118197995?s=46&t=dhcbvkjmRcyBVQtDxJ3lRg
  19. An outside chance of briefly touching 90 on Thursday but I favor Central Park topping out at 88/89. Gonna be close. WX/PT
  20. Wakefield and all the local Mets are a little shy on pulling the trigger for the Thursday/Friday Coastal system. It's becoming more apparent it's coming north and should get well into Coastal North Carolina and at least the south side of Hampton Roads with showery East Wind driven rain. As we get closer it'll be interesting to see the details. Euro is now on board
