The data exists, it just hasn't been digitized in a lot of places. So searchable records usually have missing data for that ~decade. However the "Top 10" lists usually include the missing data.

They're stuck in that band. They might reach 28 which would be the all time record. .

22 inches reported in Commack 6 hours ago. We’ll be over 30”. Report was from fire department so it seems legit
