  1. Past hour
  2. 2-3 inches and waking up to light snow. Solid winter advisory event for sw Frederick county.
  3. Light snow to scattered flakes, not accumulating. Being a little northeast of where Ralph is I’d have to go with what Ralph posted around 15”
  4. Berkshire East reporting 6" and says they're open...
  5. My folks in southern York county just sent a deck Pic
  6. Seeing reports from the OKX obs page that EWR is at 18.0” with JFK and LGA at 15.0”. https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=kjfk
  7. Just hammering down. S+ and 700' or so on the northern edge of the 30dBZ.
  8. I just measured 10 inches in several places in Astoria Queens. That seems to line up with these totals from NYEMG -- https://x.com/nycemergencymgt/status/2025899208255909995?s=20 It seems parts of the city have not received as much snow as other areas. And its kind of letting up at the moment.
  9. Light snow again in Reston with the wraparound band. Looks like 2.5-3” on the ground.
  10. This better not happen. We dont need anymore and people need to be able to start the dig out
  11. Measured 3.5” OTG this morning in Great Falls. Didn’t measure during the storm, but fair to say 4.5”-5” before compaction. Gorgeous with mood flakes falling right now. 30 degrees.
  12. I don't have a level of expertise to explain it. Not sure it can initialize wrong for 8 hours straight. Maybe just a level of physics that's outside of the models understanding is occurring causing everything to be deflected southeast. It's something I would expect more from a global that a high resolution meso model.
  13. Lost power for the first time in the 30+ years I've been here! At 1:00AM had about 3 inches with a narrow strip of heavy snow coming through. Street was plowed. Went to bed and wake up to no power and close to a foot in the street wind high wind. Had to be 3 to 4 inches an hour at some point between 1:00AM and now. Probably still hitting 1.5 to currently! Radar showed a death band winding down.
  14. Easterly firehose look is beginning to set up over Massachusetts Bay
  15. 2”-3” in Greenfield. Ouch. Called it though, glad I didn’t get sucked in. Hopefully power stays on…
  16. My neighbors have a sick 9 or 10 foot drift going on. It can't go any higher, it's blowing over the top of the fence.
  17. Hrrr keeps that heavy band over nj stationary or moving slightly west for the next 5 hours
  18. I have anywhere from 13-16 inches. Was under the death bands for about 4-5 hours last night. Now just very light snow
