There's Jan 2022 showing up again

I remember a time when the skies needed to heal before it could snow

We flipped back to snow about a half hour ago. Heavy coating, hopefully incoming band of snow can get us a half inch or so.

EPS is on board with that from the looks of things. Plus it looks like there's actually a slight firing up of the Jet in the near term too. Perhaps models started to hone in on that recently hence the shifts lately? Being just enough to amplify everything just a little bit. Looks as though Santa decided to drop a little bit of high pressure east of the Himalayas in 36 hours. And you can see the jet wake up slightly from being completely dead off Asia previous to that. Longer range, days 10-15. As per the hints from previous EPS runs. A much stronger Siberian high pressure is still looking to pay a visit to the east of the Himalayas. With the stronger jet extension now starting to more clearly present itself in that period. +EAMT event coming into better view now across guidance.

Was raining for the past hour or so, now looks to have some sleet mixed in.

In my humble view I suspect what the RRFS (soon to replace the NAM) is showing is what may happen. A solid 2" to 5" of Snow/IP and then ZR on top. The below is through 1am Saturday just as the change to ZR is occuring to the NE of Chester County. Almost 2" of sleet at KMQS as part of their 4" Snow/IP total.

Snowing pretty good right now. Over achieving my expectations. Town plow, even gave my road straight up and down the hill a swipe.

Rain has commenced in Henderson, NV. Feels like I’m back in Maryland with the increased humidity lol. Looks like snow levels are gonna stay high until Thursday. Lee Canyon is a popular local ski resort…hoping they do well with this.

He’s worst off than that…He’s a BROKEN F*CK!! Should just stay off the site for a while.
