  1. Past hour
  2. Withdrawal is definitely the word for it. You just find yourself randomly scrolling through model runs on Tropical Tidbits looking for another dopamine hit, but alas...
  3. 100% I felt that way just last month and then we get this. What a winter even so, 2015 will always be the benchmark for me.
  4. Oh, well in that case I'm melancholy and furious well before the storm exits
  5. I measured when I woke up approx. 630am then approx every couple hours. How much did you get?
  6. Really thought BOS was gonna easily pass 24". But not too shabby at all.
  7. Up to 56” on the season. Combined with 2 15” plus storms, staying power, and christmas that wasnt 70 degrees, this is easily an A winter. Might be a top 5.
  8. It remember looking at my 34” 5 years ago and thinking that was the peak for my lifetime.
  9. Sorry you mostly missed out on this one. I thought I was in for a similar fate when we didnt even have flakes until nearly midnight last night. South shore is typically feast or famine so I doubly relate.
  10. I cant imagine 38”. I measured around 23” here on the north shore of Nassau and moving it around beat the heck out of my atv lol
  11. That's because Morris & Sussex are covered by Mt Holly. Go there and you"ll see the totals.
  12. I definitely feel that way at times. The build up is amazing... sometimes almost as good as the actual event. And then... withdrawal...
  13. There's like two dozen 30"+ reports from the Providence area, you were just north of the highest amounts.
  14. I only see my old locale on the PNS Acushnet: 31" Fall River likely had close to 3ft
  15. I don't know about you guys, but I always feel a little melancholy when a big storm is coming to an end. You just know it could be many years before you experience something like it again.
  16. Yeah @Buckethead and I were talking about that today.
  17. We always joke with Scooter and TBlizz, but their snow climate really is like 5+ years of pain followed by the occasional absolute juggernaut. SE Mass can see the most brutal stretches and pain when 10-30 miles NW is getting buried… but when they jackpot it’ll be unlike anywhere else.
  18. 38'' https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/wx/afos/p.php?pil=RERPVD&e=202602240000
  19. Why? Did you see that band? How much did you get? At least this wasn't a mess-screw for me like Dec 2003, PD II and Jan 22....the storm was just to far south, This looks like a mess-screw for you, which is infuriating.
  20. It's too bad my grandmother sold her house in Duxbury for Florida. Would've been an epic storm to crash up there.
  21. My neighbor has a lowered GTI. My feet felt like they were at roof level as I skied by. Pretty surreal stadium affect. Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk
  22. how are the reports out of the New Beford/ Fall River area?
  23. Same thing happened with me...6" for the storm and 43.5" on the season
  24. The zookeeper is really leaving us in suspense
