  1. Past hour
  2. Wow, pretty impressive. Torrential rain and strong gusts. Wouldn't surprise me if some trees are down.
  3. Just had the power flicker off for a few secs and pop back on again. Hope it holds.
  4. Thanks for the clarification and I’m glad. Keep up the good work being on top of things for us. We need the NWS to be strong.
  5. Maybe. Hopefully. The ridge is pretty strong.
  6. I am pretty sure that wording was in error. There has been no confirmed tornado.
  7. Yeah this showery stuff keeps back building…screwing our chances to clear out before a potential late evening round.
  8. I saw the language in that tornado warning used “large and destructive” describing the tornado. Hope everyone is ok. Looks like worst action is south of me.
  9. Am getting hit by this fast mover! Sky went black and street lights on. Temp started out at 85 dp 78 and dropping quickly!
  10. I told my sis and she was at some pool somewhere and she and her hubby started moving quick!
  11. It will be interesting to see what happens with that stuff in western PA. Light to moderate rain continues to backbuild down this way, no opportunity to clear out for the foreseeable future.
  12. Does look like another round 2-3 hours from now
  13. Probably going to need another TOR on that notch approaching NW Philly.
  14. Canceled now, winds were pretty strong when the storm came in. 75F, cooled off a bit for a moment!
  15. That call in PA is impressive. Close to 50kft tops and 62kt winds just off the surface.
  16. Got to 88F here on my home thermometer. 92 in Shrewsbury where we were sipping wine outside. Not bad under the trees.
  17. South Jersey Alley will produce as always. Here it's getting dark to the west. We'll see if it clips me or goes just to my north.
  18. After this round it's likely over.
  19. Car thermo dropped to 78 as we were pulling into the driveway here at home in Hubbardston MA. Some thunder. Light rain.
  20. @Jackstraw, it looks like you might get lucky as that random storm slides by juuuuuussssst a little to your northeast (using my Bob Uecker voice.)
  21. More widespread +AO on 384hr ensembles.. 2nd year in a row we get this strong pattern after a very active Sun
  22. we all know that the active corridor always ends up further south than modeled.
