  2. Roger was a staple around here and Eastern WX. Sorry to here this. God Bless his family.
  3. Damn. I loved his enthusiastic posts. RIP Roger.
  4. Yup, any snow is awesome snow…I like March snow..especially siggy March snow. But as you said, if we got to choose, or had to choose between the two, I’d choose the front loaded side of things for the same reasons.
  5. You are a damn polar bear! A nice little snow shower just rolled through here that dropped the temp to 28, got the treetops moving, and had some heavy flurry action. Fun.
  6. I could live with 70 and sunny for 8 months if you give me cold and snowy for four months. Unfortunately, there's nowhere in the world where that place exists.
  7. Temp here is already down to 27. AC is currently silent but on standby for the weekend. No heat until next November or December.
  8. I haven't heard anything yet. I went up the mountain after my last load when it finally opened, and you couldn't tell that anything even happened.
  9. Probably the wrong thread… This winter was going to solidly be in A territory for me, but completely skunking March unfortunately will have some weight and knock it down into the B range. Having said that, if I had the choice between the two I’d take a front loaded winter as opposed to the other. I like the cold, low sun angle snow that tends to hang around more easily and having holiday snow and all of that. March snow is cool, it just melts so damn quick, always battling the spring sun.

  11. just insane, thanks for sharing. i don't think i can even imagine having so much snow on the ground, for such a long period of time.
  12. Unless someone has a mobile Doppler radar in the backyard any velocity signature around here he's going to be up in the mid levels around 5,000 to 6,000 ft just due to the the tilt of the radar Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
  13. Looks like CAD almost with the position of the CIN Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
  14. I can’t tell if this is a joke or not. Just cause the whole thing over the big arch social media thing. But ya if really is sick that sucks no one wishes illness on anyone.
  15. 93-94 was a snowfall record breaker here, and at BDL. Then two years later 95-96 beat that winter again for an another snowfall record. But 93-94 was better for us WOR than this year has been. But that’s just speaking for us WOR. If the Feb blizzard really delivered for us here…that would have been the difference for us WOR. A great winter this year no doubt…but not as good as 93-94 for us.
  16. Good for you!!!!! That's the BEST THING IN THE WORLD, two people love each other BIG-TIME!
  17. Here is a PDF of every tornado, severe storm, flood warning CTP issued May 25-28, 2011. To say they were busy with being understatement it's 345 pages. Page 136 and I think page 305 give or take five pages is where some good stuff is. I'm hosted on my Google drive so here's a link. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rZ-v0WQLuBEK60otdrIPOwoibLsrBwgf/view?usp=drivesdk It was made by IEM raccoon https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/raccoon/?wfo=CTP&radar=CCX&product=N0Q&wtype%5B%5D=FF&wtype%5B%5D=SQ&wtype%5B%5D=SV&wtype%5B%5D=TO&year=2011&month1=5&day1=10&hour1=0&month2=3&day2=27&hour2=23 Outside is the greatest thing ever in existence for weather data. Australia spent 20 hours exploring it and I'm just now starting to understand everything it can do it truly is the best thing out there by far. Sent from my SM-S731U using Tapatalk
  18. Definitely sending prayers and positive vibes, frequencies and energies his way. Need to get Reenactor healed right up. Man it does not matter who it is, they need our prayers and/or best wishes! Yeah. I have recently become one of those 5D Ascension Freaks.
  19. As of this afternoon, they're @ 347.5". On average they'll still receive another 40" and I've seen a lot of big dogs in April. Also, Herman has 68" otg with a LE of probably 18". The snow will NOT be gone by mid April in the UP. I routinely still have snow into the 1st and 2nd week of May.
  20. I think the official MI state record seasonal snowfall is 390” around Herman/Calumet, in one of the late 1970s winters. But I imagine some spot has hit 400”, even if no one was there to measure it. I could see Herman ultimately reaching 350-375” this season, but 390” is probably a stretch. Either way, crazy snowfall and depths, and it will probably hang on until mid-April (actual cover, not just piles) barring a major thaw.
  21. Same here I think we are done here with snow but could never rule it out.
  22. had a visit from wind blew the storm door open, door got wedged into the railing/ballister. Busted the little shock thingy. not sure how the glass didn’t break, it had to have been pretty violent to do what it did. my grill is on 4 little wheels and the wind blew that across the deck but no damage
