The corn fields have really started to brown up over the past week or so.  Evapotranspiration from the corn crop is very quickly crapping out.

Low on the 90s maybe but a lot of mid-upper 80s with nasty dews and 70+low temperature readings this summer.

Detroit had 10 days of 90F, looks like they just touched 90F today for the 11th day of the year.

MQT in Negaunee broke a record today with a high of 89.  Starting tomorrow, 70's for highs until Labor Day when things cool back into the upper 60's.  Nice stretch of weather but dry af.

I was surprised how hot I was out there even briefly walking, a blister. I suppose my body isn't used to it again as I haven't needed the AC for nearly 3 weeks!

TWN hitting hard on the severe threat here in SON tomorrow, the most sig of the summer by far (of course, its now Sept). For the first I've seen they even put out a updraft helicity map from an unknown output:
