It's so nice to cool down, with lower dew points.

a high of 77, and a low of 53 for Toledo, makes for an avergae of 8 degrees F below normal for the day

It's starting to feel exactly like those perfect September days, that is, the days with much lower amounts of air conditioning needed.

0.47" of rain yesterday. Stronger cell just to my S dumped 1-2". Most welcome.

Early fall airmass moved in last night. Gusty NW winds, steep lapse rates and lower dew point. Trees are starting to show some drought stress.

83/67 for a nice summer day. That rain helped the dews today.

Picked up 1.31" in 45 minutes from a t-storm as the cool front moved through last evening, taking our month's total to 10.67". The grass is supposed to be brown and dormant around here in late August. This having to mow every five days sucks, but my garden appreciates it.
