John1122
Had some snow early this morning. Looks like more Monday. If the super nino comes that everyone is talking about, we may not see many next winter, so enjoy any snow we get now.

Jed33
Had a rain/snow mix this morning here as well. It will be cold tonight, but looks like it’ll be even colder next Tues morning if that airmass verifies. Looks like some lows well down into the 20’s with that and some snow flurries/showers around as well.
John1122
This was around 9am this morning at 2600 feet at my cousin's house. It snowed pretty hard here but didn't stick. It was 33 here, probably 30 or 31 up there. 2

It was same up here. 2000 Feet had a dusting with maybe an inch above 2500 ft on Wallen Ridge near Pennington gap. Norton had Vehicles and grass covered from what I was told. Not alot of observing lately as Son n Law passed little over a week ago and Life here has changed.

John1122
The 03Z RAP gives 2-4 inches from the western Plateau to the Mountains. Valley areas included, even down into NE Alabama and NW Georgia.

Holston_River_Rambler
Just woke up to see some of the hi-res were showing and I will take. Looks like the Nam is showing a 300mb jet acceleration that enhances lift behind the front: Precip. pops over central Alabama and Mississippi and ride up into eastern TN. I think there's probably more dynamically going on that that too, but I'm just excited to see what happens. Maybe we can get some tasty lapse rates with that March sun as the cold pools rolls through tomorrow PM? We'll see if we can get some good rates, but it has been pretty warm so I'd hedge against road problems in areas with lots of traffic especially. Also, just now logging back in, so I wanted to add sorry for your loss Daniel
