Euro is warmer in the afternoon. 
I’m not saying Hrrr is saying it’s not going to be cold enough to snow, it’s just really cold tonight and tomorrow AM then rises quickly to freezing.

I think I figured it out.. they have 1 to 3 Thursday night ( which doesn't look good for anything at 12z) and that runs through 7am Friday so would have Thursday night also

its falling mid morning.. temps in the 30s  the sun is definitely getting stronger and just wont have the rates...  maybe a town or two gets lucky with the squalls but for the most part we meh
