GaWx
My niece in Emory area (NE Atlanta) reported snow flurries just before 5:15PM. She was so excited! Edit: Also two friends in different parts of Cobb County (NW of Atlantic) saw snow flurries/showers this afternoon…one said they lasted a couple of hours with it coming down “pretty good” for a few minutes

calculus1
Where is everyone!? Snow is accumulating southeast of Charlotte!https://x.com/gmengel/status/1988026522025030114?s=46&t=5ny5bPgiX5Vy3bQMvYTY5gWe’re trying not to cry that it’s easier to get snow in SC than it is in the NW Piedmont and Foothills of NC. Five horrible winters in a row have taken a toll…Seriously, though, that is awesome for those getting snow so early. Those kids must be loving it! November snow is an amazingly rare treat outside of the mountains, much more so in the Sandhills..
BooneWX
I’m happy for the Charlotte folks. If it couldn’t be my area, I’m glad it’s them. No metro area in the SE has been shafted more these past several winters than them. They whiffed on 2 winter storms last season and watched Raleigh take both to the bank. Not to mention the many misses leading up to last year. Enjoy!
wx n of atl
Snow flurries around the ATL area this afternoon! Nice to see! I am not sure if this is one of the earliest snow flurries days for ATL or not. Mark it the 10th of November.
