We’ve had some 50 ish gusts for sure. But I was thinking 60. They come in ebbs and flows. Quiet for a a bit and then a series of 5-10 minutes of big rips . Always seems to happen like that

ORH 44…meh

Looks like mostly 30s and 40s for gusts except higher SE MA. ACK just hit 61.

Lights flickered hear out Western Ave. a bit, seems around the time you posted that. Power stayed on. Didn't know there was an outage downtown.

one of the longer duration wind events in a while here.   Loud.

Yeah 50kts is great. They do well on W and NW wind events with nothing really to the west blocking wind at the airport.

Yep, wife told me power briefly went out. Other side of town where Dollar Tree is (where I work as an ASM) it went out for nearly a minute and forced me and my closing cashier to stay nearly an hour past closing due to waiting for the computer systems to reboot

Yeah it roared much of the night . Woke me up a few times even over the cyclone white noise fan. Somehow there’s still leaves left on some Oaks. No freezes will do that

I know you and I have mostly oaks, but I was looking at pictures of my niece at my parents house yesterday and like all the trees are bare thete. And then I look around my yard and there’s still tons of leaves on the oaks although a bunch have come down. I definitely feel like those temps below 32 will do it.

Mostly bare here.  95% down? Maybe more.  But the winds still moved a lot out of the woods back onto the road and yard.

I’d say about 85-90% down .. which is still early. But the ones left aren’t that hideous brown that you get after freezes
