Glad it worked out! Didn’t even get the we ground here - oh well. I’ll water. The sun is out and it’s like a billion degrees dew point.

Wonder why the storms keep raking the same general areas this year. South of 78 and north of 80 seem to be the hot spots.

69 degrees this morning,and picked up .74” of rain in a storm that come through yesterday afternoon.

a shortwave trough and subsequent falling heights progressing
through the Great Lakes, putting the Commonwealth back in the
warm sector as deeper moisture is pulled north. Partly cloudy
skies to begin the day on Monday will allow for plenty of
destabilization. This combined with the above mentioned moisture
return and increasing deep layer shear of around 25-30 knots
will provide the ingredients for another round of strong storms
Monday afternoon/evening. Strong outflow winds and heavy
rainfall look to be the primary threats.

88 was Saturday’s huh, 74 the low. .02” rain. I just spent time watering and it’s already gross.

They forgot the part that says "except wherever Voyager is located, and/or Tamaqua"....lol

So here's how yesterday at Knoebels panned out. Around 4:30 the sky to the west got black as night, and it looked like a solid pummelling was to commence in short order, so we bailed and headed to the car. The rain came, but it was nothing more than a shower that got everything wet, but no thunder or lightning. The line had broken apart. Some went north of 80 and some stayed south along and near the 81/78 split. By the time we got to Frackville (Cracker Barrel) it was high and dry.

The "Tamaqua Split" yesterday became the "Elysburg Split"...

We picked up just 0.05" of rain last night with the thundershower that rolled through. Today looks sunny and dry with temperatures a few degrees above normal in the mid to upper 80's. We remain humid. Shower chances increase by tomorrow afternoon and evening. We then look dry and mostly sunny for the remainder of the week with highs not too far from average for the start of July with temperatures in the mid 80's. No significant heat with highs in the 90's for at least the next week to 10 days.

Yearly rainfall deficit going into July is 2.23". I'm at 18.3" for year with 8.5" coming in May. This month seems to be a lock for another below month at 3.10". At least it was close.

It must follow you where ever you go. I think you should call it the Voyager split at this point. Since I don't need rain for at least another  week I want you to come down and camp along the creek to keep the rain away

Between Friday and Saturday you received 1.8" of rain while I got 0.12".
