It is a Miller like situation so transfer can take place at a better spot and a faster transfer could bring the cold air in faster with less SW influence. Not likely but do not see much else outside hardy cold....precip timing is not working. An upper-level disturbance moving through the Commonwealth will cause skies to turn mostly cloudy in southeastern PA, northern MD & the LSV after midday.. (2/2) High temps will be around 5-10°F below avg. & range from the low-to-mid 40s N/W of I-78/81 to around 50°F in the I-95 corridor. Due to persistent, 12-25 mph winds with gusts up to 35 mph, wind chills will be in the 30s most of the time.
