Man you picked a great spot to chase. Hit the casinos and walk out on the boardwalk to experience blizzard conditions. Sounds like a great time. Hope you have a good time!

Should be some nice lefts breaking off the jetty if you walk down to crystals tomorrow (the beach where the boards meat the inlet just past the Ocean casino)  Might see some brave souls out!  It faces east enough to pickup any east swell getting kicked up overnight as the low passes and it is protected from any NE-NW winds.

Sorry meant to include sticking to all surfaces. Maybe half inch or so so far. Snow is moderate.

Not sure how best to upload a photo taken from my phone. Seems it's always too large

I downloaded an app that I use to reduce the size, crop, etc. for images. There's a few free ones, of course they put the ads up when you're done but no big deal.

There's one I got from Google Play that's great.  It's only 2 clicks for a resize and you're done.  Called Image Size.

Is the HRRR ever right?  Looks impressive for far southeastern PA

It runs every hour so if you don't like a run, wait for the next one. :P

Currently 30 here with dp 29 and colder parts of the streets are starting to cave.  Despite the marginal surface temps, the snow is actually fine and would be about SN level.  It's interesting that the current band that goes back to about Lancaster County, has been basically sitting over the area from there to the coast for the past 5 hours or so.  I do see a R/S line not far off the coast though so not sure what will happen with that.

As of 9 pm, we only picked up another 1/8" since 8:30 pm, as the snow let up, meaning we have 5/8". However, the radar is looking great and intensity just picked up and it's coming down nicely. Also, so far the snow that's falling is easily 15-20:1 snow to liquid, with very nicely formed dendrites making a nice fluffy snow. Not sure how long that will last, but if we can retain this kind of crystal growth in the DGZ once the precip gets heavier, we could pile up some snow quickly during the first half of the night - one of the pros on 33 said he thought we'd retain good snow growth through the first half of the storm. Down to 30F.

Were gonna need confirmation on that measurement.

As of about 9:35, we're up to 1"!! Coming down close to moderately at 30F. Didn't expect to have an inch until 11-12, so feels like we're ahead of schedule.
