* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 4 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of up to
  one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is expected to start as snow
  before changing to a wintry mix and eventually freezing rain
  overnight. Precipitation will turn back to snow late Monday
