First one bought pea sized hail, .49" of rain and a 10 degree cool down. Temp went from 75 to 65. 2nd one only gave us .16" and some wind. Currently 62/60 at 8pm. One cluster came out of Chapel Hill, then died as it got near me then redeveloped on the east side of RDU. Hopefully today we get some rain showers. Had one of the longest continuous rumbles of thunder I have ever heard (I am presuming it was just from lighting strikes so close together the sound overlapped) windy, black clouds. Picked up 0.50". The past monthly has been very breezy, but today might take the cake. Gusts are ridiculous. Isolated Duke Energy outages popping up all afternoon.
