BxWeatherwatcher Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 wow it's kinda interesting to see thing flatten out,places that were supposed to not get much might actually get something outta of this. also of note this cold is tough as i said before a weaker flatter system equates less warm air advection. it will mix to rain but not as fast as models have it.. gravitylover Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 Snowed here for hours without getting much past 1/2". Stopped for a while then kicked back in a while ago. I'd call it on the light side of moderate now but with good growth and large flakes. Radar looks like the mix line is about 20 miles south of me so we'll see how long it stays white rather than wet.
