calm_days
A bit of an overview image of the low beginning to form over the southeast with Erika or , i haven't read the thread yet today to know what it is forecast to do, but it does seem like we will get some rain, even a low level energy merging with a decent strength low formed from a trough is usually a bit of a rain producer! Let's hope for the best~

J.C.
High of 84F so far today with dewpoints in the 50s and humidity in the 30s. All it took was the high pressure to move into the northeast to set up northeasterly winds.

mackerel_sky
Dry here and cloudy! Rain moving up from S is drying up as it moves in, but same line is clobbering ATL! Guess no matter which way the precip comes from, it hits the upstate rain hole !
Solak
I'm just thankful the Atlantic isn't lined up like this.... 3 Cat 4's at the same time.
sparklecity
Any chance that huge fetch coming off the atlantic makes its way to the upstate? Not a drop of rain so far. Reminds me of winter when we have low dewpoints lol. Everything just evaporating. GSP has us between a quarter and half inch tonight. I'm not holding my breath..... Models aren't showing much at all except token amounts.
