CT Rain Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 GFS is showing 2M temps nearly 30F above normal with 850s about +2.5SDs by Sunday. Impressive warmth. The record at BDL for Sunday is 59F set back in 1990 which is quite vulnerable. The warmest temperature so late in the season is a remarkable 74F on 12/29/1984!!! Nothing we can do to stop it , but I'm already looking forward to the below normal cold and storminess returning early next week.
