US National Weather Service Norman Oklahoma

717pm - no tornado warnings in effect at this time. A tornado caused damage in parts of Lawton, mainly to the Goodyear plant. Storms are approaching the OKC metro from the southwest. Hail is the main threat, but we need to watch south sides of the metro very closely as the front has stalled again.

Lawton cell looked OK for a scan or two.. would be surprised if much of note came from it.   Cell near Vernon looked good but it's getting seeded now too. See if things flip soon but might be a dud down there at least.

Strong rotation NE of Lawton now.

Tor confirmed on the ground according to KOCO with that storm.  Radar couplet is moderately impressive, not surprising.  NWS dropped the ball on that big time.  Looks pretty solid and has for 7 mins on GRLevel2

The Vernon cell is undercut by the front. Nothing really left down the line except for the cell NW of ABI. Things are looking bleak for the chasers down there.
