Great pics.  Once again it's location, location, location.  Left Avondale this morning with ever so light flakes flying around, but was using the wipers by the time I reached West Chester.  Has lightened up here though now.  Few flurries, still some good gusts going.

Wife just called to say we got an additional 1.5" since I left for work, bringing us up to 6.5" in Metuchen. Holy ****e!  Talk about way overperforming - this is the kind of forecast bust I love, lol.  And it ended up being more widespread than I thought, with areas to the W and S of us doing at least pretty well (lots of reports of 3-5" in Warren/Somerset/Monmouth etc.).

Warrington, Bucks County, PA.   32.7 degrees.  Snow, with some heavier bursts once again.   So.....I went out to measure.  Almost 2.5 in some spots, 1.8 in others (less "solar-protected" spots).  Hard to tell with wind gusts.   I also noticed that the aforementioned melted paved surfaces have begun to get a coating again.   Its the storm that keeps on giving.  I'm going up to 2.1" for current accumulation.   This has to be it, right?

I am no longer at home.... I am actually sitting in Kansas City Airport waiting for a flight... but, based on reports, it seems like New Jersey, at least as far as south as say, Cherry Hill/Mt. Laurel area did pretty well in this, picking up an inch or two or maybe a bit more so far (and considering the sun angle, I doubt much more will accumulate).  Considering most New York City locations (in the city, not the burbs) are only reporting slightly more (say 2" to 3"), this is a pretty surprising (happily so) overperformance.  I have to agree with whoever said that this one "felt" like the best storm of the season.  I may have gotten a bit more in one of the other nickel and dime events this winter, but, for the few minutes I got to enjoy the snow (at 4 am-ish before heading to BWI for my flight), it really felt like winter for the first and only time this season.  Enjoy it everybody.
