Getting it all done for $550 total at Rahal. I don't think I'm getting screwed too bad, I'm not a do it yourself guy at all. They give free loaners too and we just have one car so that's a big deal for us.

thats pretty steep...over $400 in labor.

alternator = $79.99

Well should have seen this one coming....time to punt Tuesday event. Trended very warm and holds onto 1 low into the lakes.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing... Then it shows 14 days of cool with on and off rain / snow showers that probably won't amount to much. I'd take that setup in late December when the lake Erie was still open for business, but this time of year it just looks... well blah.

You can't not salute such a brilliant troll job. Well done.

I think the models are working together see below

lol nam is ok looking.

Actually, so is the Euro.

This is IPT:

The first number after date is 2M, second 850s. You can figure out what qpf is. We are similar.

That's pretty close and it's trending a bit colder each run.

Combo troll by models?

Off topic as well, but I had the privilage of driving up US 15 from Williamsport to the PA/NY state line Friday morning. Absolutely beautiful country up that way....

Yes, it really is.

Do they still use restrictor plates?

Didn't restrict an entire engine bloc from finding its way into some poor schmuck's lap.

More OT, but there's already talk about getting some smart heads together to redesign the fence.

Could still be a sneaky wet snow threat that sneaks down in the true central counties. The NAM ptypes have been generally holding on to snow or mixed precip in northern PA and then the typical dip down into the central, SREFs lend support as well showing high probs for 1+ and some low probs for 4+ for the AOO-UNV corridor while showing ptype probs indicative of a plethora of things falling out of the sky. Hopefully can get this to trend a bit cooler... which I think is doable.

Edit: and then there's the 12z NAM, sigh.

Moar OT:

The same smart heads that thought that making the cars slower, leading to 50 car traffic jams at 140 mph, would be a good idea?

I'd hope they can improve the fences in some way. I agree with a couple of the drivers who are imploring NASCAR and Indycar to spend money on coming up with a better fence design, like was done with the Safer barrier. A better fence would do nothing to the competition and would be the right thing to do.
