  1. Right now, that sounds right. But with 4-5 days to go and ensembles moving north (though not posted, 6z Gefs moved north and had our latitude as bullseye), much can change.
  2. I added the north trend here because if I was back in the DC/BWI area, I wouldn't need anyone from a different forum rubbing that in my face. I do believe there will be a limit to the northern extent, but where that is nobody knows at this point. Notwithstanding, my gut says that somebody in NVA will be the jackpot location east of the Blue Ridge.
  3. For those with the faster services, anything on the Euro of interest after Monday? Tia
  4. If it slows down a bit like other modeling and it would likely come further north.
  5. Clearly, the models overdid the blocking. New twists and turns are sure to appear at 6 days out. Good luck to no one but me.
  6. For those of dinosaurs who still write checks, New Years suck.
  7. Nah, not for me. Wife's had it worse. 1st time 2 years ago, I had a bad fever for 12 hours and woke up at 2am and the fever was gone and I was wondering if I had dreamed it. This is just a scratchy throat and nose [email protected] far.
  8. Actually, I hadn't seen the snow maps but the 6 hour panels showing snow in DC AND MD. It was the panels after my post that hit PA. Trust me, I am very cognizant of the fact that it's 2 different climates and don't want to spike any balls. Sorry
  9. Gfs reminds us this may not be all. https://www.pivotalweather.com/model.php?m=gfs&p=prateptype_cat-imp&rh=2025010100&fh=252&r=conus&dpdt=&mc=&pwplus=1
  10. In light ofthe Eps, I would expect some sort of rebound north providing it too slows progress.
