yeah it can 33 and rain is MUCH WORSE, if it's not going to snow it should be in the 60s

meh 60s and sunny is a lot better than 40s and rain, I say keep it warm until it can actually snow around here

97-98 was super annoying because we were about to set a new low snowfall record and a surprise nuisance storm in late March ruined it

the 80s were MUCH worse and so were the 70s outside of 77-78

I thought you guys also got it at the end of November when we did? We had nada here this time but the one at the end of last month covered car tops and roofs

Yes, those were all bad years lol. I was thinking about 1999-00 too as a second year la nina, so that would work too, only thing is, wasn't there a snowstorm in January 2000? Was that a DC special?

There's many many ways for our area to get screwed of snowfall lol

No matter what it can't be as warm as Dec 2015 was

but if it's super cold it will stay around awhile. 20s is really all you need

How many more days does it have to go snowless before it sets the new record? and I assume theyve had a trace, so this is for measurable snowfall?
