  1. Past hour
  2. the hottest it got anywhere was low 90s, around here we had none or only one 90 degree day, it was a big step down from the June 20-July 31 period. It's like the summer equivalent of the 2010-11 winter, the snow season ended after the end of January-- but it was rocking for 5 weeks starting with the solstice lol
  3. Whatever. They get one day to win while they spend 10 weeks with their balls drooping to the ground like mozzarella off a pizza.
  4. this entire month has been pretty cool. also recurving typhoons don't necessarily produce cooler weather (see 1995), they can also produce hot and dry weather.
  5. Correct no 30 foot onshore breaking but I do think 6’ in general and possibly up to 8
  6. Remember when a weenie said hurricanes bring their environment north?
  7. it's much cooler, like early fall, I have my space heater on today
  8. I actually turned on my space heater today
  9. Nice. You beat us for once, just under a quarter inch here.
  10. How does @Damage In Tolland not see that is a perfect pattern for his long awaited damaging cane to SNE. That big Lakes trough during September will chill @CoastalWx weenie but excite Kevin's
  11. 61 with heavy rain here lol....deep deep summer
  12. .16 Blah. I guess the upside is the soil is primed now to accept more rather than it being hardpan and the water just running off. Considering how raw and wet it is you'd think I'd have a lot more, 56* with a good 6-10mph breeze a lot of the time, although it's quiet now.
  13. OI LAZZA NICE ONE LAD Do you rule out any quick spin ups in the GOM during the "inactive" period that's set to favour the EPAC?
  14. Must make it worse with your air conditioners still installed. Wasn't like you shouldn't have seen it coming. All the models had the cold. Folks tried to tell you...
  15. It would be nice if it would also get down here for a change. We still have had no dewpoints below the lower 70s since at least June.
  16. .8” rain today. .7” came within 30 minutes over lunch.
  17. Every window on every house shut to keep the cold out. Nothing spells summer like that
  18. Not quite how I envisioned it...would've preferred 60s during the day/40s at night with no rain
