2025-2026 ENSO
Stormchaserchuck1 replied to 40/70 Benchmark's topic in Weather Forecasting and Discussion
Did you ever see what Feb 1936 looked like in Montana? Summer 1935 Phoenix had more 100+ consecutive days vs every other year on record to that point. That specific datapoint really did well last year rolled forward, Valentine Nebraska hit -32F in late February. -
Sky Meadow kicked my butt as a 1st timer there. Shot 86. Definitely think I would have cracked 80 with experience.

I see that. Will this be the one that holds together and rakes us all, or does it fall apart?

wow nice, 2011 was oh so close -
most of the dustbowl winters were horrible, especially 1931-32, but didn't you get a lot of snow and cold in 1933-34?
-
wow nothing close to 1936 even 1988 is 3 less. ours was 4 in 1953 and 1966 at NYC 3 at JFK in 1966 and 3 there in 2010

.15 rain today. It is insanely humid. A friend had a party and two people had heat strokes.
-
Big time storm inbound - will it be a direct hit or a scraper? Mount Joy looks like it's about to get crushed. Again.

who would have wanted a southerly more humid air mass to blow the smoke away instead of a drier air mass.. -

So much smoke today. Got worse heading back home after the game. -

It sucks it's too cloudy/smokey here for a decent sunset. Hopefully it's beautiful in some spots.
