They still had great radar returns at 7 but we all know they'll only record what they got up to that point.

I've still been porked, but at least I have finally had normal to above average snowfall for the first time since 2018...however, once again, I'm one of the lower spots around relative to average.

That’s only in situations like this…where the extra time might allow the day to be salvaged.

i never heard of a 3 hour day in the 2000s. I was just thinking about that yesterday! saw a first 3 hour hour delay ever, i didn't know they started doing those.

When did they start introducing 3 hour delays? It was always usually either 60 min, 90 min, or maybe 2 hours but I don't ever recall 3.

Def feels like an over performer here looking at radar. Steady light snow but picking up quick. Temp wetbulbing down to 16F. Was kind of skeptical of this one but seems like we got enough southerly flow juicing this a bit into the low level cold dome.

I hope not, I haven't finished shoveling the 8" the GFS gave us Sunday.
