Is there anything to push that boundary south next weekend? Otherwise it looks to be setting up heartbreak. After a cold week, Great snows just to our north on the 6z GFS. That wouldn't be fun.

Saturday fading fast.. However, we might save Sunday, we'll gladly sacrifice Saturday to get a regionwide event Sunday.. Litchfield county and points NW favored for 2"+ from this.. Looking like a coating to an inch for most others or white rain..

I just heard WTIC say 2 to 5 inches N.W. CT and western Mass, coating to 2 inches S.E. CT

Looks like snow starts in CT prior to day break then a lull before the heavier stuff moves in here late morning into afternoon

Lots of waffling in the forecast for Sunday p.m. from WTIC on the drive in today. They're going for C-2" s.e. and 2-5" n.w. and western Mass CT for tomorrow

Luckily the Saturday stuff is shifting NW to mae way for Sunday night hopefully. I think it’s more of a reflection of the trough allowing a closer pass.

I was just looking back at a similar one from last year in early Feb that had like 6 snowstorms and 50" of snow I have saved. That worked out well. Sick run though

I guess technically there should be a separate thread for 'my' storm which was Sunday into Monday, but I wouldn't bother- both of these 'events' look severely underwhelming lol. Tomorrow looks better for along and NW of I-95 and Sunday for the coastal regions. My forecast has an inch or less for Sunday, and only the GFS and the AIs support that. The beach areas have the best shot at a couple inches.
