Good morning from 2000ft above Lake Harmony where it is 24.3F, light snow falling and the trails at Big Boulder appear to have received a blast of snow making last night. The winds are blowing the large flakes around as the deer and turkey hustle to the other side of the mountain to gain some shelter from it all. A squirrel is looking at me in the window and the only thing I can image he is thinking is "nuts".

I have been called worse

I finally got to 37 here. But have some cloud issues holding the temp from bottoming out faster.

The wind I am sure is not helping either at the moment. The wind is expected to diminish through the night with the clouds thinning, so more of a drop in the temperature should occur.
