It'll be kind of hard to read back on your several hundred posts with similar back and forth emotions. Doesn't matter. It's done

I’ll make it easy for you. There were no emotions and all I said was that 00z showed it and I said that it wouldn’t surprise me if it did get warmer since the gradient was over us. I did not make a proclamation about that being the new forecast. You clearly have an issue if it’s not cold and snow.

I don’t know who he is.. all I know is it was not sunny and 37-43 at most interior CT locations today . I looked at viz several times and the entire N 2/3 was cloudy. Can you post BDL sky hourly conditions ?

He seems like a good met to me.

As of 4p ( probably warmer at 3p) it was 37-42 across all CT except GON which seabreezed.

Kevin, I’m reporting the regions obs. You think I’m making it up? I’m not talking about hollows in CT

I’m sure it was mostly cloudy up north based on satellite. As you can see it was mostly sunny here til midday. Actual obs showed the overcast moved in between 11-3 across most of CT except far north. The only way to factually back up the temp argument is by the airport high temps which is what I stated at first 36.5-42.5 across the state.

Man I give up

All you gotta do is go to the national weather service Boston site and look at the 4 PM round up. It’s literally right there in front of you. That’s what I looked at to corroborate Seymour.

Honest question, look at my post from earlier other than like two that were clearly joking. Did I go off a cliff about the pattern change?

You and I are on the same side. Pointing out what may go wrong and instead of all positive and cold all the time acknowledging when guidance trends warmer for a certain cycle, then we jump back to cautiously positive on the good cycles.

It does seem to have gotten a little crazy in here.

At least from my perspective, it's been a good winter.  It's been cold, it's snowed, and we've had snow pack for weeks.  In East Bay RI that's a rarity, compared to other parts of New England.  It will be a little disappointing if we don't get another decent storm before things wind down, but putting things in perspective, it's been the best winter in 10 years here, even if we didn't get a truly big storm between now and when spring truly arrives.

As for the next few weeks there will be chances based on the ensembles, but chances are better off away from the coastal plain.  Nothing new for this time of the year.  As long as we have cold nearby there's chances something will work out, and thankfully Canada has been helpful with their cold exports this year compared to the last few winters.
