Yes!!!!  Back way back (im old) these type storms used to almost destroy the SouthEast AccuWeather forum.  People on either side rooting for it to trend there way and having complete mental breakdowns when it trended west or east and they got the shaft.  Though it seemed more times than not they tended to trend NW each day a little bit all the way up to the storm breaking a lot of especially south Carolina hearts but making a lot of East Tennesseeans happy.  Those were the good old days before American WX.

There used to be a subscription service where you could view individual sref members, but sadly I can't find it any more.

Me and the wife rented a cabin in pigeon Forge area to celebrate our anniversary….. it would be so nice if it came a good snow and the roads didn’t get too bad. We head out Saturday morning.

It was stupid to get rid of accuweather forums imo. It was very popular.

On a positive note irt ULL's. February 1998 SEKY and Plateau Dumping. A Coastal off Hatteras that moved to off the VA Coast was forecasted to dump over our area eastward. An ULL moved into KY and pulled the Moisture into it. We got very little while 12 to 24" fell on the Northern Plateau and SEKY.

    They can be tricky and produce sometimes.

It was a wonky plume. If you look at it, it was just a steady snow for days and still snowing at the end of it. Probably throwing off the mean some though

If 0z tics less qpf, that will be something like the 10th run in a row with the 12/0 vs 18/6 precip shift.

No, there was a weather model subscription service, that for whatever reason, had each sref member. So you know how you can see individual members on the EPS or GEFS? You could actually look for the highest plume, in this case ARN 1, and then go to that service and see how that member played out out with precip. and temp panels.
