Temp got up to 40.2 but is falling now, down to 38.8 with no precip yet. Wind is really gusty, strong CAA for those getting precip. Likely a very short transition time to snow. Hoping we can muster a coating here

Cousin in Richmond reports they still don’t have accumulation yet even though it’s been snowing moderately for 3 hours. They may undershoot their forecast significantly. Areas south of their look to be doing better

Visibility down to a half mile in Clarksville, Virginia. Probably a half inch on the ground so far.

The main roads look mostly fine even up in Virginia. If this came in the middle of the night it would have stuck better

Rain/snow mix trying to change to all snow in Hillsborough now.

Intensity dropping like a rock now.  Moisture mostly done and temps will soon cause the real issue of the day....black ice.  PM rush hour and tonight will he horrible with untreated roads.  Down to 33°.
