ChescoWx
Happy Election Day to all who hopefully celebrate by voting! It should be a great weather day but a bit breezier than yesterday. Temperatures this afternoon should be close to normal for early November. Tomorrow will be the warmest day of the week with temperatures into the mid 60's for most spots. We turn chillier on Thursday and Friday with rain by Friday night. We still look to turn much colder than normal by the start of the new work week with temperatures struggling to reach the mid 40's for highs on Monday.

I've never been a good sleeper. And when I am actually sleeping well, I have to get up at some point to use the bathroom and then I'm toast. Hardly ever do I go back to sleep. I know I'm not alone...i feel for all of us non sleepers. For me the hard part is seeing my wife be able to sleep 10hrs with hardly a hiccup. Been this way for a few years, and thats even with melatonin/sleep aids. they usually help, but some nights not, like last night.

Itstrainingtime
MU mentioned today that some in the LSV might very well see their first flakes of the season early next week with highs in the 40s and lows down in the 20s. Much milder air returns later next week.

Man, I didn't realize i was in such good company here, I really feel for all of you. It's hard to convey the frustration/struggles of insomnia to those who don't have an issue with it. Ditto on the frustration of having a spouse who can fall asleep and stay asleep with no effort whatsoever. What the heck is that like? I would need a bedside anesthesiologist to go out like that.
