Was talking to the farmer yesterday that farms our land. He said they are behind on planting. He said they couldn't plant our neighbors 1.5 acre section because of it being too wet. They are a month behind on planting our farm. Now our farm was the last to be planted. He also said they might have to replant soybeans that were planted this year in cornfields from last year, I asked why, he said slugs eat the seed because it was so wet and cold. The perfect weather for slugs to thrive.

Just posted in the MA forum and that's what the Cfs2 is showing. It's been showing it since late May too.
mitchnick
If we get a normal/cool, wet summer, that sure is different from any summer in years. Hopefully, that means a better winter. P.s. Sorry Voyager

ChescoWx
A pretty nice day on tap across the area before shower chances begin to increase late tonight. Of course, the weekend looks have some rain at times. Although, not a complete wash out with the best chances of rain late tonight through Sunday morning. Rain chances to lessen by Monday night but ramp up again by midweek. Does anyone remember those drought concerns?
