No clouds to speak of here today.  A couple but nothing really.  All day.  I got cooked doing yard/pool stuff.

Probably the one day where we’re wondering why they didn’t torch

I'm like a lobster on my face. You'd think I'd learn. I'm certainly old enough. Reminds me of the last day of school. Hey let's get a suntan! ER visit later...

Man what a stretch coming up here. Aside from the 4th it’s pretty much 87-93 or so as far as you can see. Obviously cooler for the hinterlands

As far as the eye can see summer weather!

I am also thinking that maybe we started the solo a bit too early.  The stupid pricks calm down a bit as it gets darker

I know I'm jinxing myself but they haven't been too bad in southborough. Although I don't stay out much past dark. Certainly leave your phone in the house. Mosquitoes love 'em.

What about yard foggers? Or maybe treatments for the property? Maybe not cheap but allows you to enjoy the outdoors.

Some of our neighbors treat for mosquitoes.  Hubbardston is a giant swampy forest. So unless you drop a ton of DDT, the mosquitoes would laugh.

Foggers work a bit for a few hours.  We didn’t plan on doing the fire tonight so I didn’t have any on hand.

My cousin lives in Bridgewater by the Taunton river. The mosquitoes there will gnaw your arm off and fly it back to their nest. They used this treatment that was comprised of garlic oil and said it really worked. Was done by some company. So I think there’s options for you.

Some friends of ours in town use some service. It is guaranteed.  If you see a mosquito (or tick) they come back the next day and spray again.

Im not a huge fan of spraying because it harms other insects.  But it is tempting.

Screen porch ftw as well.

That stuff I think is natural. It’s garlic oil and some other stuff.

But yeah mosquitoes suck

I think my thoughts hold. Later in the 11-15 day trough retros and we may open up the gulf. But looks like a trough prior which probably brings some lower dews but temps in the 80s. Summery look overall.

Summehry look…in the summeh? No way…

My next-door neighbor does it every year, I think they all move to my yard.
