Storm Clouds
They are already dying off as they head east. NWS was saying southern PA has a strong cap in place. Probably no dice…

Probably no dice… Yes we do but as we cool on the lower levels that should be breaking. As long as we don't cool to fast in the upper-levels we have a chance. Yardstickgozinya
The burn through definitely gave that area better low-level lapse rates to work with but we are not totally negligible in that Parameter.

DDweatherman
Don’t know about the ground verification since station isn’t up but had 2 severe level gusts by my estimates. Been a while since we had a bonafide house shaker in a storm.
Voyager
We've had a lot of brush fires the past few days around here. I even noted them in my latest video. There's a larger one going on near Jim Thorpe right now, and without any rain today, the situation I fear is going to get worse the next few days. 1

Storm Clouds
Just missed me to my south. Not even a drop of rain from it. It was weakening though…thank God because border counties in MD were hit pretty hard. Camp David recorded an 80 mph wind gust!

ChescoWx
Happy Easter to all who celebrate! Today, while about 10 degrees cooler than yesterday, it will still be a few degrees above normal temperatures. Tomorrow will be a few degrees cooler with temperatures in some spots struggling to escape the 50's for high temps. Rain chances will increase tomorrow night. A couple beautiful spring days are on tap on both Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the 70's. Shower chances increase again by the end of the work week.
