SouthCoastMA
I believe I measured 17" or 18" here as a 13 year old weenie - compared to 15 on the map

Look at that radar loop for December 2000. That's a sexy storm and a rare distribution these days with west beating east.

Still a solid 10-18 for most of the state. I was pretty much right on with my memory of that storm, snow began late Sunday AM and the last flakes ended just after midnight Wednesday morning. About 62 hours. 1

ORH_wxman
12/30/00 was a really annoying storm in central and east-central MA. Took forever to start (you can see how all the precip filled in west first despite it moving almost due north), and then once it got going it didn’t last all that long. It was heavy but then dryslotted pretty quick.
