All I'm hearing is that it took another big jump east with the low, shooting it out to sea quickly from somewhere on the coast. But without any in-between images, there's no real way to get detail.

 

Just got in and am looking at the Euro currently, it's def the best run i've seen in the last few days for central and NE PA.

 

36hr has UNV easily into the .1-.25" zone and it looks to get to IPT and AVP. 42 and 48hr have AVP near or in the .1-.25" zone both times. 

 

Without any good detailed maps I'd say it at least looks as good as the GFS and it's further north with precip coverage than the GFS at hour 48. Doesn't have the really excessive precip the GFS had.
