No doubt man. I'm not sure what to make of it. Southern jet totally cut off from the northern stream maybe? The ops don't even look like split flow. Just weird stuff amplifying and cutting off and going nutz.

Fun times.

Actually a 7" dot:

folks keep  jerking  off to the op GFS and ignore the GEFS

will they  ever learn?

for the  past 7  runs  the    op GFS  has been VASTLY  different from the   GEFS

the differences  are huge

if  ANYONE thinks   these  maps are the same you need to   find a new hobby

if you  actually  knew what you were talking about  you would know  that  tre  op GFS is not all snow for    you
some snow sure but NOT  a big snow

I dont  give a  SH!T   where the blue  line is    if you have a 992  low   OVER   the delmarva  that aint snow for DC

the uneasy feeling of the GFS as the only model showing a big snow right now:)

Yes, but we still get a decent snow out of it

To be fair Dave, verbatim, the GFS drops 8-10" over the heat island of DCA regardless of the changeover. Then it changes back. Plus, JI is 20 miles west of DCA.
