Temp 23f 26 and lightly snowing 3.5" here also and another disappointing storm in this neck of the woods. Was hoping for at least 5" to 6" here and even moderately precip seems to be done for. It clearly isn't our 6-8" storm that looked so good this morning but I think that batch in central Pa can bring an inch or so if it doesn't change over before then. The HRRR doesn't have precip turning off until about 1am and the r/s line parked right over top of me at that time. So IF that comes to fruition we might end up on the north side of 5". Snow and sleet flipped to ZR at 8pm. 35.9" for the season this far and exactly the amout I predicted for Philly in my outlook. Of course that's still way over but you never know, potential is there.
