QcSevereWx
We could have a PDS later this evening. Memphis and Little Rock are in trouble. They will face tornadic storms even after 9pm. Similar to 2008. People should take safety precautions now.

NavarreDon
MOB mainly for Sth Cntrl MS & Sth Cntrl AL. .SHORT TERM (TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY)...THE WARM FRONT CONTINUES TO MOVE NORTH INTO CENTRAL ALABAMA THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWERS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE WARM FRONT ARE MOVING NORTHEAST ACROSS INTERIOR SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI AND SOUTHWEST ALABAMA. THESE SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AS THE WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH. THE WARM SECTOR WITH DEWPOINTS IN THE MID AND UPPER 60S COVERS THE ENTIRE AREA...HOWEVER A LACK OF ANY SIGNIFICANT FORCING AND A STRONG CAP WILL PRECLUDE MUCH THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. DENSE FOG CONTINUES TO LINGER NEAR THE COAST AND WILL LIKELY REDEVELOP INLAND AFTER SUNSET. CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE LATE TONIGHT AS A STRONG SHORTWAVE MOVES NORTHEAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND SENDS A COLD FRONT SOUTHEAST TOWARD THE AREA. A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED ALONG THE FRONT MOVING INTO THE NORTHWEST PARTS OF THE AREA BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 3 AM AND MOVING EASTWARD ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON ON MONDAY. THE LINE WILL SLOW DOWN AND WEAKEN AS IT MOVES ACROSS DUE TO THE UPPER SUPPORT PULLING AWAY AND THE SFC LOW MOVING INTO WISCONSIN BY TOMORROW MORNING. SPC HAS A LARGE PORTION OF THE AREA IN A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. HOWEVER...THE PRIMARY THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN NORTHWEST OF INTERSTATE 65. THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL BUT THIS THREAT WILL DECREASE WITH TIME. ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE ALWAYS POSSIBLE IN AN EVENT LIKE THIS...BUT THE PRIMARY THREAT FOR TORNADOES IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN NORTH OF THE GULF COAST ACROSS NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI AND ALABAMA CLOSER TO THE BETTER SHEAR AND UPPER DYNAMICS. SouthernNJ
Level 2 has next to nothing for rotation. This storm had stronger rotation 15 minutes ago when it was east of Hot Springs. If it can re-organize, it will move into the Little Rock area in the short term.

SouthernNJ
May need a TOR between Sherwood and Gravel Ridge AR soon. Or at least an SVR as winds are intensifying in that one. It is racing off to the North-Northeast.

SouthernNJ
Moderate rotation to the east of Vilonia AR. Of course, they were struck by a large tornado just last year. Moving toward the Floyd area now. The hail likely creating difficulties for this storm, but it might be close to hooking around now. Can't wait a whole lot longer for the TOR.
