RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PAST HOUR...AND THE STORMS MAY PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR SO OF RAIN THROUGH 230 PM.
