Went to the bottom of the hill and it was 21.6. By the time I came back from the (very icy) pond, it was 22.4. Even at pond level, the wind was blowing through the reeds. WWA covers area from eastern catskills to WMA and says TIMING: PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THEN CONTINUE TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING.
