Can't remember seeing a cloud mass like that out in front of a major hurricane (mostly leftovers from Gamma and an old front)

anything's on the table now-it had a good environment in front of it the next 48 hrs outside of the brief trek over land.

Moving fast though-won't be over land for more than 8-10 hrs at best and it's flat terrain as well.

looks to pass NE of them so they would miss the eye/eyewall.

yeah the bigger totals had to do with a 2nd storm that developed Wed night/Thurs which is not happening.

I noticed the RGEM on TT now goes out to 84 hrs...is that fairly new?

basically 2 big rainfall events and absolutely nothing in between, not even a .10 shower....very odd

it was like a mini March 2001...lots of hype but in the end a dry day for most with sun filtering through the overcast...just awful
